Dick Cheney is a former chief of the staff of a President, he served in Congress and was Secretary of Defense. Republicans and Democrats both respect his integrity. Cheney believes his role as a member of his position in the Bush Administration will be to serve as a candid but discrete advisor. Cheney accepted his nomination as the Republican vice president that he would like to be a president candidate who will cooperate cross-partisanally and in a manner of respect and in a common goal. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on 30 January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. As a 13-year-old, Richard Bruce and his family moved in Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) which is where his father was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
